As Hurricane Irma approaches, the Starke Agency wants you to know our thoughts and prayers are with you & your family. We wanted you, our customers, to know what steps we have taken to be prepared.
- Dual back-ups of all your information have been made and reside in both Montgomery, AL & Denver, CO
- In case we lose phone service, all calls will be directed to a special call center. In case something happens, that direct number is 1-866-294-2413
- We have an emergency disaster plan in place which includes mobile capabilites should we lose power or our physical premise is damaged
- Emergency Irma numbers will be recorded after hours on Monday, Sept. 11
- All employee contact information has been distributed between staff
Hopefully, we will not have to use our emergency plan. Loss of life and property effects us all. And, if it does, we want you to have confidence moving forward, knowing that we are ready.
