He was named a 2021 Rising Star because of his dedication to delivering best-in-class client service and contributing visions of change to his organization and the industry as a whole.
Andy Flowers is the Vice President of Starke Agency. According to the release, only 39% of Rising Stars are at this level. In addition, he is the only individual selected from the state of Alabama. He has been instrumental in growing Starke’s clientele and is a trusted resource and mentor for all of his colleagues.
