For over a year, the majority of our staff has been allowed to work remotely. Our physical location will be minimally staffed, and employees will have full access to phone and email. Please understand that response time may not be as quick as our service standards require, but we will respond as soon as possible.
After hours, you can pay your premium, request auto I.D. cards, add vehicles, and submit claims by accessing our app in the iTunes and Google Play stores under “Starke Agency”. From there you can sign up with your email address and policy number.
